Architectural Design

We understand how much of a personal process the creation of an architecturally designed home is. As such, we work closely with each of our customers to learn about the core concepts and requirements for your project and then work with you to develop and extend your ideas even further.
Draughting Services
The true foundations of a successful building project are detailed and accurate working plans. Hunter & Craig is unique in the industry as we offer in-house draughting services provided by our dedicated and knowledgeable team, led by Derek Craig.
Our unique blend of building theory and hands-on experience allows us to expand the envelope of the build process, as well as the end result of the project as a whole.
Building Consents
Before we break ground, the finished working drawings and other associated paper work must be assessed by local council and granted consent to proceed. This ensures that all proposed buildings are in compliance with the current relevant New Zealand building standards.
Whether you’re working with Hunter & Craig supplied working drawings or you have sourced these elsewhere, we can take care of the consents process from submission to approval.
